Krista is a communications specialist for the state of Illinois by day, and she works on her own creative projects by night. KB Visuals has allowed her to collaborate with people throughout the community. She has produced a variety of videos, photos, graphics and motion graphics, capturing everything from celebrity events to political campaigns.
Krista was born and raised in the Illinois capital, Springfield, but she's worked in digital media in different regions of the state. She studied radio-television at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, interned at WGN-TV in Chicago and worked in television news in the Quad Cities before returning back to Springfield to work in communications at the Capitol.
Her experience in news and public relations has sharpened her eye for visual media. Krista truly enjoys the challenge of taking on different projects to simultaneously please her clients and hone her craft.
In her free time, Krista loves to read, dance and travel.
